Refund policy

All orders are refundable and elligable for returns up to 30 days. To start a return, you can contact us by email at info@primalcaveart.com. Please state the order number stated on your receipt, and if applicable include any photos of any damage, defects, or errors with your order. Note that returns will need to be sent to our primary address:
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your email, your refund will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, if for any reason if refund has not been recieved within the stated timeframe, please contact us.
